This policy covers this website — seoboosthub.com — and the enquiries sent through it. The site is operated by Seo Boost Hub, in Türkiye, who decides what happens to the information described here. Work we do for you is covered by the written agreement for that work, not by this page, and Bloom — our own product — by section 2 and by its own policy.
Bloom is a separate service with its own, fuller privacy policy.
What follows is here rather than only there because Google asks for the
business.manage scope in our name, and "read our other policy" is not an
answer to what that scope is for.
If you connect a business to Bloom, you grant it the
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/business.manage scope. Bloom uses that to
read and to write your Google Business Profile: business details,
categories, services and attributes, opening hours, posts, photos, reviews and review
replies, and the performance figures Google reports for your profile. Writing is what
the product is for — Bloom publishes posts and replies to reviews on your behalf.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell it, we do not share it with advertising platforms or data brokers, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to build profiles for anything other than serving you.
You can disconnect at any time from inside Bloom or at your Google account permissions. When a subscription ends, Bloom releases its access automatically.
The form asks for your name, your email address and your message. We keep them so we can reply and so we have a record of what was asked for. Alongside them we store how you arrived — the site that linked you, and any campaign tags in the address — so that a referral can be told apart from an advert without having to ask you.
Enquiries are read in an admin area that only named email addresses can open. They are not deleted on a schedule: an enquiry is a business record, and we keep it for as long as accounting and legal obligations require.
We count visits, and we do it without identifying anyone. There is no analytics cookie and no third-party tracker on this site. A visitor is counted using a hash of three things: a random salt for the day, the connecting address, and the browser's user-agent string.
The salt is generated at random, is never written to the database, and is thrown away at midnight. That is what makes this different from an identifier: today's hash cannot be matched to yesterday's, by anyone, including us. The next day the same person is a new, unrelated number.
Your IP address is not stored in any column. It is used to work out a two-letter country and then dropped. Behind our network provider it is not even looked up — the country arrives as a header on the request.
What a stored visit actually contains:
We use enquiry details to answer you, which is what you sent them for. We keep visit statistics on the basis of our legitimate interest in knowing whether the site works — an interest we have kept narrow on purpose: the statistics are anonymous by design, so there is nothing here to weigh against your privacy.
Visit statistics are deleted after 12 months. That is not an intention — a scheduled job runs weekly and removes anything older, so the promise is kept by something other than memory. Enquiries, as above, are business records and are kept while they are needed.
We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertising networks or data brokers, and there is no advertising pixel anywhere on this site.
Those providers operate internationally, so information may be processed outside your country under the safeguards those providers offer.
The site is served over HTTPS. The admin area requires a password and is limited to an explicit list of email addresses — an address that is not on the list cannot read enquiries even if an account somehow exists for it.
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to our use of it, or take it elsewhere. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. Note that the visit statistics cannot be tied to you even on request — that is the point of them, and it is the honest answer rather than a refusal. Ask us at support@seoboosthub.com.
