Billing and Renewals

Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically for the selected billing period unless canceled before renewal. Applicable taxes and processor fees are your responsibility.

Cancellations and Refunds

You can cancel your subscription anytime from billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If you’re unsatisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the platform, interfere with service availability, reverse engineer the service, bypass security controls, scrape data at scale, or use SEOBoostHub for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activity.

Third-Party Services

Some features rely on third-party platforms such as Google Business Profile and payment providers. You are responsible for complying with third-party terms, and we are not liable for changes, outages, or policy actions by those providers.

Intellectual Property

SEOBoostHub and all related software, design, content, and trademarks remain our exclusive property or the property of our licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the service.

Your Content and Data

You retain ownership of the business information and content you submit. You grant SEOBoostHub permission to host, process, and transmit that content only as needed to provide and improve the service.

Service Changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time to improve reliability, security, or compliance. If a material change affects your use, we will post notice in-product or on this page.

Warranty Disclaimer

SEOBoostHub is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific ranking outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEOBoostHub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or create legal or security risk. You may stop using the service at any time.
